• One by Great Yarmouth Borough Council
• One by the Incumbent and Churchwardens of the Ecclesiastical Parish of Great Yarmouth
• One by the Incumbent and Churchwardens of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Andrews Gorleston
• One by the University of East Anglia
• Four co-opted by the nominated trustees who shall, through residence, occupation, employment or otherwise, have specialist knowledge of the Borough of Great Yarmouth and who bring appropriate experience or skills to the Trust.
